The monsters who lived at Creepy Castle were simple, peaceful, carefree, fun-loving monsters. Until tragedy struck. The greedy Blobblers stole a work of art, a monsterpiece, with a friendly monster trapped inside. You must build a monster (according to given specifications) to be a hero and rescue the monsterpiece (and the friendly monster). You do this by completing math activities, such as: measuring and weighing spiders and bugs with a ruler and scale; placing stars at specified spots on a grid; catching the correct requested shape (or number-labeled fireball) as it falls from the sky (i.e. rectangles, or the answer to 54 + 63); and building monsters that fit the specifications in a logical word problem. For each correct answer you gain a part of a Crumbler (a monster), and when you've completed the series can reassemble it. After finishing an entire section you receive a treasure item, four of which allow you to save the painting.
